Information we collect
- Appointment form: name, email, phone number, scheduling preferences and message. This information is used only to process your request and confirm your appointment.
- Technical data: only with your consent, anonymized visitor statistics (pages viewed, type of device). No advertising tools are used.
Cookies
By default, the website stores only two necessary items in your browser: your cookie choice, kept for twelve months, and the dismissal of the appointment invitation, kept for seven days. Audience measurement (Google Analytics, with anonymized IP addresses) is enabled only after you agree. The Google map on the Contact us page loads only if you click on it; Google may then set its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time: .
Retention and security
Appointment requests are sent to the clinic by email and kept only as long as needed to process them. The website is hosted on secure servers (HTTPS encryption). Your dental record itself is kept at the clinic in accordance with the rules of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec.
Sharing with third parties
Your information is never sold or shared, except with the technical providers needed to run the website, who are bound by confidentiality: Vercel (hosting) and Formspree (delivery of the appointment form to the clinic), whose servers may be located outside Quebec, notably in the United States. We share only the information entered in the form.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
