Your insurance, made simple
The DENTAIDE group
Many insurance companies are affiliated with DENTAIDE, managed by the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec, which acts as the link between dentists and insurers. In that case, DENTAIDE pays the dentist directly for the fees covered under your contract, and you only pay the difference on the day of your visit. If your insurer is not affiliated with DENTAIDE, feel free to mention it to your employer: only 25% of patients do not yet have access to this direct payment arrangement.
Paper claim forms
Insurance forms that cannot be sent online are filled out at no extra charge and handed to you in person. You will need to send them to the appropriate party and pay the full amount of the fees.
Your insurer, your contract
Please note that there is no contractual relationship between your dentist and your insurer: it is your responsibility to obtain the expected reimbursement. We will do everything necessary to maximize your reimbursement; photos, X-rays and additional information can be sent as needed.
Your coverage
Coverage varies according to the agreement between the insurance company and your employer. Overbilling your insurer, or failing to pay the difference owed, is illegal. It is therefore essential to understand the nature of your coverage and the maximum amount you are allowed each year.
CDCP and RAMQ
Two public programs can cover part of your care.
We accept both.
Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
We accept patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. You are responsible for renewing your CDCP enrolment each year and making sure you are covered before booking an appointment.

RAMQ · children under 10
The RAMQ covers many dental services for children under 10, including exams, X-rays, fillings and extractions. Bring your child's health insurance card.
